Asuracomic respects intellectual-property rights. Copyright owners or their authorized agents may use the process below to report material on this website that they believe infringes a copyright.

Submitting a copyright notice

Send a written notice to contact@asuracomic.cc containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, including the exact page URL.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Review and action

We may request missing information before processing a notice. When appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to identified material and notify the party responsible for it. We may also address repeated infringement where the circumstances warrant it.

Counter-notification

If material was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notification identifying the material and its former location, explaining the basis for the objection, providing contact information, and including the statements and consent required by applicable law. Consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting a counter-notification.
